Dr. James Noth is a graduate of the University of Illinois Medical School in Chicago. After completing his internship at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in San Diego, California, he performed his residency at the Eye and Ear Infirmary at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Dr. Noth continued his studies earning a fellowship in Corneal-External Diseases at the Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Returning to the Chicago area in 1984, he was an Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary in Chicago.
Currently, Dr. Noth practices in the western suburbs where he has been practicing for the last 28 years. He is certified with the American Board of Ophthalmology, specializing in corneal and external diseases of the eye. He also performs cataract and corneal transplant surgeries as well as laser vision corrective surgery.
